AMAZONIA CACHAÇA

Amazonia Club Cachaca is made from the juice of the sugarcane, fermented and distilled, Amazonia Club is an exquisite, crystalline cachaça imported from Brazil. The Cachaça belongs to the noble family of brandies, the eau-de- vie aquavit. It is a distillate based on sugar cane, yeast and water. The production takes place between May and October, during the harvest of the sugar cane. The process begins with the milling of the sugar cane, which leads to the juice. The juice gets added water and makes the must. Due to the yeast the fermentation of the must starts. After this process the distillation is done in copper barrels.
TASTING NOTES: Category: Cachaça, cane spirits. Alcohol content: 40% Alc. vol. Color: Clear, bright liquid, with silver sparkles on the rim of the glass, allows light to pass through with remarkable brightness, free from suspended particles. Aroma: With its own aroma of the harvest of sugar cane in full maturity, mellow and sweet with a good balance between its components, slightly sweet, with a proper balance between aromas without highlighting the smell of the cane, or the ethyl alcohol. Flavor: Sweet, sugar cane, well evolved, spicy with a lightly noticeable fieriness, combined with a natural and fresh spring flavor. Sensation on swallowing: Medium dry on the palate, fills the palate leaving slight tingling, balance with a slight bitter note without being irritating, warmth and fieriness soft on the throat. |
