WINEMAKING Pinot Noir grapes were harvested from Côte des Bar and Chardonnay from Côte des Blancs. First pressing juices comes from key sustainable vineyards only, with the best quality “Coeur de Cuvée” pressing juices. The wine spends 7 to 8 years on lees and an extra 9 to 12 months ageing after dosage. TASTING NOTE Nose: Notes of white peach, plum and citrus fruit followed by hazelnut notes. A very elegant nose. Palate: A lovely fresh mousse to start with a good minerality with fresh almond aromas. Long honey finish on the palate.
