Chateau des Croix Gentis is located in the heart of the Bordeaux region, just a few miles south of Libourne, between the Garonne and Dordogne Rivers. The vineyards enjoy a temperate climate impacted by the tide from the Atlantic Ocean.
The Antoniol family has been making wine for more than a century and the 4th Generation is now farming the vineyards with the utmost care. To ensure the health of his vineyards and the environment, the vines are treated with natural products. Once in the winery, the grapes undergo a long maceration period and traditional fermentation, before being aged in oak barrels for at least 8 months. The goal is always to make elegant wines with balance, finesse and a potential for aging.
