Amazonian Gin is the world's first and original gin created in the Amazon. It is 100% distilled with fresh and hand-selected fruits and botanicals, grown and collected by small local producers. We find a gin with fresh, citrus and vanilla aromas, as well as surprising flavors, giving rise to an intense lemon cider flavor.
We only use natural, fresh and pure fruits, we also use nuts such as Amazonian chestnuts and sacha inchi (Inca nuts). And all carefully selected by Amazonian farmers.
For the elaboration of Amazonian Gin, we carefully combine our Amazonian botanicals in their appropriate proportions, they are macerated and then we distil the alcohol extracted from each botanical with its aromatic components in the alembic, from which a crystalline gin of high alcohol content will be obtained, which It is brought to 41% alcohol by volume by adding demineralized spring water.
In smell it is extremely fresh with an exotic citrus and fruity touch, dry profile and ideal to mix in cocktails and gin and tonics.
In flavor it is dry, with citrus and minty notes, mainly of Amazonian lemon cider, juniper and walnuts.
GIN´CA is the first gin created in Peru, awarded as the best Peruvian distillate in 2015. It is distilled with fresh and selected fruits and botanicals from our coast, mountains and jungle and is also 100% gluten free. It has a fresh, citric and herbaceous profile at the same time, with a dry character and is ideal not only for gin and tonics but also for classic cocktails thanks to its perfect balance.
Mainly citrus on the nose, notes of sweet lemon and juniper stand out, with a herbal touch of rosemary and rue in the background.
