Based in Fairport, NY., our distillery produces Iron Smoke Whiskey & Rattlesnake Rosie’s Apple Pie Whiskey. The whiskey is an applewood-smoked, four-grain bourbon mash bill, where the grains are smoked with the same process as a backyard smoker, merging two great American pastimes of tasty BBQ and traditional whiskey making. Iron Smoke is a New York State, small batch, farm distillery using all local ingredients from Finger Lakes family-owned farms located within a 50-mile radius of the distillery who receive their stripped mash in return to feed their livestock.
