Vineyards in Lodi are planted with some of California’s favorite varietals, including Cabernet Sauvignon. Mendocino, a Northern California appellation encompassing both warmer and cooler-climate American Viticultural Areas, offers a range of varietals including Pinot Noir and Cabernet Sauvignon within its ten AVAs.
