The winery Produttori of Manduria is a co-op specializing in Primitivo. There are about 400 growers, 1000 hectares that contribute to the production, Masters in Primitivo. The Label takes on inspiration from the ancient tiles produced in this area.

This expression contains one of the most important results achieved by the Cooperative, that of making the individual Member (and there are about 400 of them) feel proud of belonging to a team that has proved successful.
The Cantina has a social reality transversal to all ages (from 25 years of the youngest member to almost 100 of the oldest one) and social categories, but strongly cohesive within it around the common project of safeguarding an ancient winemaking tradition. Combined with modern agronomic and enological techniques, allows to offer the final consumer high quality at the right price. To further strengthen the team spirit, since 2000, in the month of July, a party is organized in the square in front of the winery for the members and their families which ends up mobilizing the entire Mandurian community.
Produttori of Manduria has a area planted with vines of 900 hectares and over, of which more than half destined to the production of Primitivo. The system of rearing more used in particular in the vineyards longer-lived is the that of sapling or short bush, while in the younger systems is used the espalier. The average density for hectare is between 4000 and 5000 bases of trees of 900 quintals for hectare. It is very important that our vine-growers reserve an other historic vine of Salento: the Negroamaro, with a production of 25%. The productions of Merlot, Cabernet and Malvasia are of less importance according to a quantitative analysis.
