Cold-Pressed Lime Juice
Lime juice is the foundation for many cocktails and only fresh lime juice delivers the unmistakable bright and tart flavors that customers associate with quality. We take great care to deliver the highest quality fresh-squeezed cold-pressed lime juice and ship directly from our press to your bar. When producing our juice, we go to the extra expense for quality by using a slow, gentle press to preserve lime’s natural flavors, avoiding the inclusion of bitter-flavored citrus oils and pith. We then use a 1000-micron filter to provide the clarity that your craft cocktails require and we NEVER heat pasteurize or freeze our juice. Cold-Pressed Lemon Juice
