VARIETAL 96% Cabernet Sauvignon, 2% Petit Verdot, 2% Cabernet Franc

WINEMAKING Fermentation was performed in stainless steel tanks at 24°- 26°C. The wine was aged in 30 % oak barrels for 7 to 9 months in 2nd- and 3rd-used barrels during which time the malolactic fermentation took place.
TASTING NOTE Nose: Subtle notes of raspberry and black currant, and complex hints of coffee and tobacco. Palate: Crisp and voluptuous on the palate delivering fresh fruit flavours and an amazingly vibrant acidity that promises good lon- gevity for this wine.
